Japan, Brunei to hold first FTA talks next week
Japan and Brunei will hold the first round of talks aimed at concluding a free trade agreement in Tokyo for five days from Monday, Japan’’s Foreign Ministry said Thursday.
At the talks, the two countries will exchange opinions on such sectors as goods and services trade, investment and energy.
Participants at the meeting will include Japanese Deputy Foreign Minister Mitoji Yabunaka and Lim Jock Hoi, deputy permanent secretary Brunei’’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade. (Jiji Press)
