St Lucia concern about EPA
St Lucia’s Prime Minister, Stephenson King says his country wants concerns addressed about the Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA) the region has negotiated with the European Union.
He recently indicated that St Lucia was ready to sign the EPA along with other Caribbean countries on September 2.
But he was criticised by the opposition St Lucia Labour Party which called for the pact to be discussed in Parliament.
Prime Minister King now says other countries in the region also have reservations that they want addressed.
