C’est-à-dire les tendances majeures en lien avec le bilatéralisme, dont les conséquences se font souvent sentir à l’échelle mondiale, ainsi qu’avec d’autres enjeux qui s’entre-coupent. Les nouveaux développements émanant des politiques des États-Unis, de l’OMC ou de la création d’alliances Sud-Sud, par exemple, sont souvent traités ici puisqu’ils tendent à avoir des impacts systémiques.
