This is the leaked Draft Trade in Services text from the PACER Plus Intersessional meeting in Port Vila, 31 March - 02 April 2015.
The Pacific Agreement on Closer Economic Relations (PACER) is an agreement between the Pacific Islands Forum members (the Forum Island Countries , Australia and New Zealand)

While some information (like the different colored text parts) seems to have been "lost in sanitation" by the leakers. It still gives a good impression were the negotiations are at the moment.
